I unfortunately couldn’t give 0 stars but since living where I do I hands downs would.
This management company didn’t care about the residents, or owners of our community.

If you have an HOA and the manager is Candee I’d run away. Her intention is to complain about emails, phone calls, and honestly her job to everyone of the community. She will do her best to run everyone dry of their money for as long as she can help REIS do this.

What a terrible company. Not sure how they are even in business and why anyone hires them to manage any of their properties. They don’t respond to issues in any what of a timely manner, sometimes not at all. Their lack of action or response to issues they are responsible for force homeowner to do the repairs themselves to avoid further damage and then when you try to get reimbursement no one responds to calls or emails. Who are these property managers accountable to? I’m glad my HOA is firing them. Please think twice or tell your HOA to hire someone else.

If I was capable of giving negative stars I will. I live on the 3rd floor with nothing above me except the roof. I began to have a leak In my living room to the point that thr drywall for the ceilings is bowing as if it will fall in at anytime. After further inspection there is an 2 foot gash In my daughters room with water marks on both sides. You could almost pass out from the mold and mildew. They "fixed " the roof to get me through the winter then decided my ceiling damages from their common element being the roof is nit my problem. Ha ha I don't know how that works but the new roofers did not correct the mold and shot 3 new holes in the one ceiling that didn't have damage.

I will not give them one star!
I live in my Condo since 2011. Love my Place! But because of their skilled,
knowledgeable....staff, I would love to move some Place else.
Terrible parking rules. One big question: who came up with those rules?! My 2023 was the worst year ever.
Was there any investigation about broken glass on parking spots, nails in our tires?
And, it looked like all residents from other Condominium associations, complaining about the same problems. To have an excuse, that rules approved by the Board of directors, who is made up of unit owners, is not genuine! Your company doesn't have same Board members, in all real estates you managing?!
By the way. Found broken glass again today on the main path for cars, to enter ,right on our patfh.This is crime. 06/18/24

Hello, my mame is Michael this is my amazing story with this company. While me and my family were moving in to a house in Illinois, we came across this company! This is by far the best of the best. They treat me amazing and with care. I have them a call and they offered listings. I found this beautiful house thanks to them. Once I booked them I had a slight problem with the roof. It was leaking a bit. However, this service came to my rescue! Their crew helped me fix it! They were so kind hearted and their work was efficient. I hope for the best with them! You should choose this service. It is unique!

Great things! Great things are what I hear when out on the properties that REIS manages, from residents and board members. From a vendor standpoint, these guys are easy to work with and responsive. 1 star is generous. Terrible experience all around with this company. Receptionist was rude, couldn’t care less about what or who I was calling for. Took WEEKS to receive communication back from our contact. Have heard terrible things from current tenants, as well. Will be sure to steer clear of this property management company and would suggest the same for others.
