This is the worst Management Company I have ever dealt with.
I’ve never felt more unsafe in my own home.
Robert came to my apartment unannounced, banged on my door violently for over a minute, and yelled, “You need to open this door!” I was so terrified I was shaking. As a single woman living alone, I didn’t open the door because his aggressive behavior made me fear for my safety.

Later, I called the management company to find out why this happened, and Robert answered. He immediately started yelling at me, claiming he was coming back at 1 PM to remove my window AC units. When I said I wasn’t comfortable with that, he dismissed my concerns, saying, “I don’t care about your level of comfortability. You better get comfortable with it real quick, or you’re going to get hit with thousands in fees.”

Even after I agreed to remove the AC units by the end of the day, he continued yelling, demanded I do it by 1 PM, and hung up on me. Never in my life have I been treated so unprofessionally or felt so intimidated in my own home.

I don't deserve to be treated like this because I missed a couple of email notices saying that my AC units needed safety brackets. Just one phone call and I would have complied immediately.
This company’s behavior is uncalled for, unacceptable, and unprofessional.

Initially, Robert seemed attentive and courteous with my inquiries for an apartment in the Bayonne area. However, once we met and he realized I was African American, his attitude towards me changed drastically. He kept telling me the decent apartments were taken, but systematically referred me to run down and less ideal buildings. He said “you and your family are best suited for these types of buildings, as they’re closed to being projects.” I never been insulted or experienced such an inexcusable behavior in my life. This was a horrible experience for me and my wife. He had the audacity to offer us a cash payment to write a dazzling review of his company.
