Responsiveness and communication . Rashida did an amazing job with helping us find our new home in Georgia. She was knowledgeable, patient and thorough with her entire process. In addition, Rashida was able to guide us in the right direction, Moreover, she’s well versed and was able to quickly get a sense of our style and what we desired , we were able to quickly lock down our new home. Besides that, she really puts her heart into her work, and it’s evident in how protective she is of her clients. Also, Rashida’s really prioritized you once you’re under her watch and will handle the heavy lifting. Excellent - on point. Rashida is an exceptional professional real estate agent. She followed through on every promise, researched everything necessary and kept the lines of communication open with the builder and mortgage company. Nothing fell through the cracks. From contract signing to closing, Rashida was cognizant of every milestone along the journey. She eliminated the stresses involved with a build/purchase. The most important question here is would I elect Rashida as my agent if I purchase another home or recommend her to my family and friends. The answer is absolutely - 120%.

My experience working with Rashida was exceptional. Not only did she help us with the sale of our old home, but she assisted with the purchase of our new home as well.  Due to her knowledge of the local market, we listed for a great price, and we received an offer on our home within less than a week. Thanks to Rashida we also got an excellent deal on our new home, which included a huge closing contribution from the seller.  She worked with both agents to schedule the closings for both houses on the same day and ensure that they were seamless.
