Thank you so much for having my family and I live here it was such a great and an amazing experience! While you guys keeping up with the landscape and making sure all problems are away in your best ability! This was by far the best apartment complex I had ever stayed at and I would highly recommend Raritan Crossing Apartments to anyone who wants to live in New Brunswick area! Katelyn, Jewel , staff was excellent in helping with all my problems and needs! I couldn’t have been happier!

I recently reached out to Raritan Crossing to help my brother find an apartment, and the experience was amazing. From the first call, Kaitlin, the office manager, was so kind and patient, answering all my questions and making the process feel easy. Jules followed up with the same warmth, and together, they made us feel genuinely welcomed.

When we got the call that we’d secured the apartment, they were just as excited as we were, like we’d already become part of the Raritan family. I couldn’t recommend Raritan Crossing more—such a supportive, caring community!

Guess it's my turn to finally speak on this place
I have been living here for 4 almost 5 years. Rent is great, the staff at the leasing office is great and give a facade of caring until you actually have a problem and come across a hard time

I have never had much issues or complained about much except for 3 things: since day 1 there has been a startling water bug issue in my apartment, someone hit my parked car my first year here, and someone is continuously stealing packages off my front door.

The nonchalance by the leasing office was agitating to the point I made a fit about the water bugs saying I'd give bad reviews and warn anyone I see go in to the leasing office about it. That was the only time I ever saw the property owner. He came down and tried to get someone to resolve the water bug issue. Since then, my apartment even being treated heavily at the risk of my and my 8 pound dogs health, STILL has that issue. Even through that, I continued to pay rent and stay here

My car was side swiped while it was parked my first year here (parking is an issue unfortunately). I called and all I was told is the cameras stopped working so we have no footage. Mind you, the alleged secured gate and the cameras were a selling point for me since this is right off a busy part of route 1. The gate and the cameras have stopped working for 3 years and every time something is said about it by anyone, the same answer is given "we are working to fix it." For 3 years. Really?

In that same light, because of the lack of security, I've had hundreds of dollars of items stolen off my property as they were delivered while I was at work. When I asked for a solution I was given the same answer about the security system and told to get a ring camera dismissively and also ask my neighbors if they took it. As if theft is a joke or something? I'd have to order tge ring which probably get stolen and I have to live next to my neighbors who i did ask and now jm supposed to keep harassing them about my packages?

The water in my building is turned off once a week at least every other week, and I tolerate this. I know that's the city, not the complex.

The actual space is gorgeous and roomy and yes it's old but it has a cozy warmth to it that allows for the apartment to feel like home and I, despite everything, looked forward to coming home every night.

Until it was my turn to go through a rough time. I lost my job for an extended period of time and tried to work out a payment plan to be able to stay in the apartment. They would not budge 1 inch to meet me halfway even though I did for them several times. That's when the nice way of speaking stopped and rude replies were given and I was even hung up on when I tried to speak to someone to get some follow up questions answered. I don't actually blame the leasing office for anything here. I blame the greediness of the property owners. I was willing to work with them to not only pay back what I owed but continue to pay my new lease and for some reason that seemed like a worse option to them than having a vacant apartment they now have to lease out again. It is so obvious that they are looking to get a new tenant in that would be willing to pay a much more jacked up rent. I pay 1500. I know they're going to try to least my place out in March for at least 1800. Just know that the lease is a one sided entitlement and be careful with facing hardships here. They will screw you the minute they find an opportunity.

I’ve been here for 2 months and I like it very much, my apartment is very spacious with more than enough closet space. A lot of windows available so you get a great breeze coming in through the summer and a lot of natural lighting. Very quiet at night and I feel very safe. I gave it four stars because the pool has not open yet and there is still no future dates to look forward to.

***Pool is officially open, and it feels great that I do not have to travel so far but just a walk away to relax and stay cool, 5 stars!***

From the moment I called these apartments I was told all the information I needed to know and after calling and making a decision we decided to make Raritan Crossings our new home 🎉 Jewel has been very sweet & lovely from the moment I first spoke to her, she made the process to apply very easy , she has great communication skills! & overall excellent customer service! My family and I are delighted with our new space & can’t wait to check out the pool & gym soon! 😃 Thank you!

I recently moved here and it's been all good

I remember, when I was looking for the apartments and even after finalizing it, the management was so helpful to me during the whole process.

Jewel was the manager at the time and she made everything so easy and convenient to me and was so helpful and friendly.

I remember she even helped me a bit when something was wrongly delivered at the Office instead of my house hahahh she was very sweet.

It's been more than 6 months since I've lived here and I've not faced any major issues. The community is good, apartments are good and if something breaks, maintainence is also good.

Definitely recommend it.

My partner lived here for 2 years before I moved in with him this past year and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences! Office and maintenance staff were always easily accessible and very attentive. The various amenities are also a plus. Katelyn and Jewel were beyond helpful from the moment we each moved in until the moment we moved out. If you’re looking for a place in or around Middlesex County, we highly recommend making Raritan Crossing your next home! 😊❤️

I’ve lived here long term. It’s a nice place to live. Management is very responsive and quick to fix any issues. I would have liked a more updated space but nonetheless the apartments are spacious.
