My partner and I moved into our first home (Spring 2018), 2br/1.5ba/1k, town home style condo in Gardena, CA. The dedicated search took us less 
than 60 days from start to finish working with Randy Russell. This timing is great given the low inventory and high demand in the Los Angeles
area; we expected to be on the market for at least 6 months! We successfully closed and were very happy with the our home buying process :). We first met Randy as the listing agent of an open house in Inglewood fall 2017 and we thought he was very approachable, answered all our questions and had good energy. Given this lasting first impression, he was the first agent we reached out to 6 months later. He not only provided a loan officer who immediately pre-qualified us but also had us viewing homes that met our criteria the very next day! Randy stayed up to date with this fast changing market, was highly receptive to our needs, and after only 2 weeks of looking at homes, we found the home we really wanted. He effectively guided us through a competitive multiple counter-offer deal by providing the necessary information to strategize so it was most beneficial to us. He was also very responsive, persistent in reaching out to all parties involved, and followed up consistently with the seller's agent. He made the escrow process (~37 days) easy for us even though we dealt with a few challenges such as changing lenders and timing our move with our apartment lease end date. Randy was also effective in dealing with a remotely located bank. He made sure we met our buyer duties by pushing for the information to lift contingencies in a timely manner. Randy was always professional, maintained a positive attitude and poised demeanor. We would highly recommend Randy if you are looking to buy a home in the South Bay/So Cal area!

Buying your first home can be a nerve wracking experience, but not with Randy on your side. Randy was a tremendous help with every step of the process, from finding the right home, to negotiations with the seller, and closing the deal.
