Our little family had the pleasure to get to stay in Big Bear City in the gorgeous red cabin house for about 3 months and our experience was absolutely amazing! The entire time just felt like a vacation even though we were there for my man’s job it was just the perfect place to be. We enjoyed having a cozy fire inside during the evenings on the cold nights! And it was nice to relax in the Hot Tub. Our dog enjoyed the yard and playing with the tennis balls that were gifted! My baby boy absolutely loved the swing set! The kitchen had all the appliances you could need which was super nice. And our host even changed the wifi for us as they made sure we were always taken care of. If we had a question or issue we always received quick responses. Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had with a host. I recommend them 100%

The Bear Mountain Loft (cute pink house) where I stayed was absolutely adorable! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Rebecca was attentive and approachable. I really loved the attention to detail including the bath bomb set up and the coffee bar! I would definitely stay there again!

We have used Randazzo management for a year now and they have been amazing. Our guest have consistently compliment us with how clean and immaculate our cabin is, even during winter which have high guest turnover. Rebecca’s communication with guests is great and her team is on top of general maintenance items for me or give me a heads up if an appliance is nearing the end of its economic life. In the spring we like to add little upgrades to our cabin to enhance the guest experience and Randazzo’s management is great with advising on what to focus on so we aren’t wasting money on something the guest wouldn’t care much about.

This house was absolutely beautiful. I stayed here while visiting friends in Big Bear and it was the perfect cozy place to stay while I was there. The open kitchen and living area were perfect for cooking dinner with friends and hanging out by the fireplace after. There is even a nice little back porch area for relaxing and enjoying your coffee in the morning. The property was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Big Bear

Amazing stay! The place was awesome, but the service was top notch! Our cabin was stocked better then any hotel I’ve ever been too, and Rebecca gave us incredible recommendations for what to do with our son in Big Bear! Will be back next year!!!

I've worked with this company for years, and I've never worked with anyone more reliable. Working within the hospitality space means dealing with issues that are inconceivable sometimes; Randazzo's worked with me to figure out a solution to the problem, and then executed the plan. To be succinct about it, I would say that Randazzo's has saved me from at least ten subpar reviews (for Airbnb that means less than 5 stars). I would highly recommend this company.
