I am the guy who does things on my own and when my wife and I began our search for a home in the western slopes, I planned on doing it myself. By chance, Rand and I connected for a viewing (wasn’t his listing) and we knew immediately he was a solid dude. Realtors have a reputation for being pushy, interest driven and out of touch with the individual client, Rand is none of these things. He is professional, knowledgeable and kind. Plus, he has been in GJ forever and is full of great resources. Working with Rand is like dealing with a trusted friend, you know he will have your back. I would recommend this guy to anyone looking to get into the housing market in the area.

Rand helped us buy a home in Grand Junction that we LOVE. He helped us through the entire process. Rand is not only a skilled and highly competent real estate agent, he is a truly wonderful person! We were looking for a home in the Grand Junction area and live out of town. Rand went above and beyond in every aspect to help us make the move. He always responded to our questions quickly, accommodated our schedule and never seemed to tire of our sometimes silly questions and requests! He has so much integrity and was always respectful. He is truthful, straightforward and extremely knowledgeable about so many things, from home construction to "softer" things like what a certain neighborhood vibe is.
