I was towed to this location by Honda Road Side assistance due to my EV battery Dying and they declined to charge my vehicle because I didn’t purchase from this location even though Roadside assistance directed me here since I’m having a problem with charging elsewhere other than Honda Dealership. It is completely mind blowing to me since the chargers were clearly available and I just asked to get enough charge to get to my destination. As a Honda employee I am extremely disappointed since we are the helpful Honda people! But as a humanitarian if this was your Daughter, Wife, or Sister and they declined a charge that will literally not affect you, your customers or your Business and you just need enough charge to get from point A to Point B it’s Terrible and shameful that Greed and Arrogance can over power man kind!

We bought our grandson's Civic at RSM Honda and had a wonderful experience with the purchase. We have the car serviced here as well. The service department is fantastic. I got my oil change done. They recommended changing my shocks since the rear right one was leaking. They even provided a photo to prove it. That was cool especially since they didn't pressure me to get it done. I ended up replacing the shocks myself so I saved a few hundred dollars.

A great place to buy a car. Ask for George - he’s a great salesman to work with. I negotiated a price in advance, they agreed to match another dealers offer, plus RSM Honda really had no dealer add on or accessories. They never pressured me or tried to sell me something I didn’t ask for. Also gave a great trade in price. Very happy!

The Service Department here is awesome! I had tons of work that needed to be done on my car which hadn't been driven in about 10 years and they walked me through all my options and recommendations which included photos and video in addition to explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. I love the honesty of their Service Advisors, Felipe Rosas in particular because he was straightforward with me and honest the whole time about what needed to be done right away and what could wait. Very professional and super knowledgeable!
