Rachel helped us with our first home purchase, and we could not have done it without her. My absolute favorite thing about Rachel was how carefully she listened to us, and figured out what is important to us. At one point I mentioned I like looking at numbers.... The following day, she starts mailing me spreadsheets. My partner said she is worried about natural hazards... And Rachel starts coming through properties at lower risk. With every interaction, she made it increasingly more clear to me that she had our best interests at heart. I never felt rushed, or pressured into making an offer I was uneasy about. She also helped us manage expectations, and was so incredibly communicative. I would be texting her at 10 pm on a Friday night, and she would text me right back, even when I had no reasonable expectations for her to do that. She educated us about the real estate market through this process... And though it took a few months, I think we ended up with a house that checks all of our boxes.

And after we got into contract ... Rachel turned into a machine. Going over every detail with a fine tooth comb. She probably made the listing agents life miserable by making sure everything in the house was in perfect working order on time. We were also able to close in around 3 weeks over the Christmas break. And after all that was done... Rachel is still being a resource for us... Helping us get our internet installed and what not. Where to begin! When we started the process of selling my grandmothers home , it was daunting and we didn’t really have an idea of what happened, or where to go next, what exactly happens now Then, here comes Rachel! She expertly guided us through the selling process and gave us multiple options and ideas for what we could do to market the house, from minimal to maximal standpoint. She was open and considerate of all options and budget considerations , while also being understanding of the emotional component that was attached to the home. Not once did she make us feel as though our questions were too small or insignificant. She kept us informed of every single next step, and maintained a level of organization that frankly, was scarily impressive!
