When selling and buying a house, working with a competent realtor that really cares about you, your goals, and your situation is imperative. We found Rachel after having a terrible experience with a realtor that barely ever communicated with us and ultimately tried to push us into deals to take offers for less than what we knew our house was worth.

We loved that Rachel was super communicative and was never bothered with all the questions we had. She was a true partner with us. She listened to why we wanted to sell our house, what we thought it was worth based on research we did, and what our wish lists were for a strong offer.
