Slumlords at it's finest. Despicable place to live! This place was a mess from the beginning. Called several times to paint this place and they decided to get people to do "patchwork"- that is paint over holes or scratches but not paint the interior of the apt as a whole, they left us to do that citing that there was a bucket of paint we could use. Fine. Large holes in the stairs plugged with socks and wash rags, baseboards chewed up and large holes there, dining room fixture where a light is supposed to be remains dormant...the wires chewed through, no light there, oh and it's under a huge water damaged area where water POURS through from second floor bathroom to dining area below. They said they would fix it and haven't, they don't intend to. Carpets upstairs are so bad of a mess, carpet cleaners are a waste of money. Think they'd bother to replace the carpets? Nope. Rats running rampant all around the apartment leaving droppings in every nook and cranny- all your clothing, on top of the stove, on top of the kitchen counters, in your bathroom sinks, in storage cabinets where dishes are supposed to go.They purposely leave pest control out of the rental agreement so they won't have to deal with it's expenses and tell you that you have to deal with them. Tons of our money wasted on pest control because that's how disgusting this place is. The rats repopulate so quickly- they exist everywhere. In the vents, in the walls, under, inside, and on top of your stove. Every hole we thought was plugged in the house, the rats were able to make new ones and continue to wreak havoc in our daily living. So much of our money gone down the drain due to having to throw so much of our things away because of these disgusting vermin. Poison/repellants/foam doesn't work, glue traps are ok but doesn't stop them. These property managers try to say they don't take care of mice, referring back to the contract- they remove blame from themselves. They say they'll do something and don't. You'll try to reach out and get in touch with them and they don't bother communicating with you, just ignore you. They're nothing more than greedy ppl who care nothing about their tenants or their well being. They just collect all the money & sit on it. They do the BARE minimum all around- especially when it comes to actual maintenance requests. They will provide the absolute cheapest/temp services that they can instead of quality work because that's who they are. They'd rather replace mailboxes that no one even cares about, than to paint the exterior of these decrepit looking places. The windows in don't lock & make it easy for thefts & they don't bother trying to fix/replace them. The outdoor light isn't even there- just a bunch of wires. A/C stopped working in the middle of the summer, temps inside our apt reaching 97°. There is no ventilation upstairs where the rooms & bathroom is & its been like that since we moved in. A/C can't reach upstairs because of something wrong w/the vents (ever occur to you guys the mixture of this poorly maintained place & the rats in the vent system are probably responsible for any mishaps?)- you think the slumlords bothered to take a look or get a professional? Nope. They don't care. I've emailed them and reached out to them directly multiple times, multiple ways to absolutely no avail. I've reported these disgusting people to the BBB.These greedy property managers are violating all kinds of real estate laws. This place isn't suitable for ppl to live. The ONLY appliance they give is a stove filled w/ mice & flea infested bedding. Think they bothered to replace the stove? Nope. We've had to spend a lot on mice & bug pest control/cleaning supplies/air freshener (because this place smells terrible!).And to think- they were going to originally put us in a unit that they said was worse than this! Ha Ha, all of these apts need to be torn down.Live here at your own risk & let April and Rozi Sayed watch you & your family suffer while they stand idly by and do absolutely nothing- other than collect & sit on your money.

We left our apartment the way we did because of the added rent to a 725 Sq Ft 2bed 1bath apartment. Used to pay 650 a month and lived there for 3 years and they changed the rent to 800 a month knowing I could not afford it. Final letter came in and I was told we were charged a month's rent on December 5th when we were only sitting as a month to month tenant. We were gone by the 5th and still charged 812.50. Things needed fixed, or didn't work and instead of replacing things like the landlord is supposed to do they decide to tell me to fix it on my own and they would reimburse me. I couldn't afford to fix things myself and otherwise didn't have the knowledge to fix them. They need to have better signals or updated driver routes to find the units in the far back because no one knew where we were or how to get to us. Thank God we left, and I don't recommend living here. They can hardly afford to pay for actual lawn care they'd rather have tenants do it and take some off of the rent which is highly unprofessional. Crookedcompany would not rent from again and do not recommend renting.

They do work with you if credit not perfect but they are definitely slumlords so rent at your own risk. Typical slumlords the tenants are always wrong and at fault to avoid doing what they are suppose to do.
