These guys have exceeded my every expectation. As a property owner they want me to provide a top notch dwelling and expect tenants to return the property in the same shape they received it in. It’s really that easy. I trust Christie as she’s my main contact (even though she’s going to hold my feet to the fire to make everything right). I now have gotten to know and respect others that are part of the RealStar team too. If you own a property, but want to get by as cheap as possible or not provide a quality offering, these guys probably aren’t for you. If you are a tenant, but don’t want to treat the property like it’s your own or return it in the same shape you received it in, these guys probably aren’t for you either. Because they marry good properties with good tenants, I’ve not had a single month go by without trustworthy renters (5 years strait). I look forward to working with them on future projects.
PS, I don’t know these people outside our working relationship, and I’m not the type of person that does online reviews, but I feel like I need to give credit where credit is due for this fantastic company.

I can not begin to express my content with RealStar Illinois!!! My girlfriend and I were skeptical of renting through a Real estate company prior to our almost two years of renting with these wonderful people and I do not know where to begin with them. For starters, the communication is excellent between tenants and RealStar, I am so thankful for the girls who dedicate their time and effort into running a wonderful business. Then there is Joe... Joe runs maintenance on the property we rent and he is amazing!!! He is always on top of a problem and even came out on a SUNDAY to help us fix our microwave and was back the next day to completely fix it. I can not express my gratitude towards RealStar and look forward to moving within their company into something a little bit bigger!!! Thank you Kelly, Christie and Joe for the wonderful experience thus far!!!

Like share my experience with Real Star Illinois! Rented a property for year and a half from Real Star. Moved in and was pleased with cleanliness! Staff at Realstar was very professional when i called for any maintenance or issues. In fact i was so pleased with the company that i had them help me in purchasing my property i was renting from them. This was after searching for a property for over six months that met my standards. Real Star was professional in every way.

I absolutely love real star!! They’ve helped us so much, we had a great rental experience, we met the owners of the home we rented because they do yearly inspections which I feel keeps the property in tact for the next renter when a renter stays multiple years like we did. Christie is so sweet, helpful and always knows her stuff! I wouldn’t have rented through anyone else.

When we moved in the place was unclean and there were holes, it looked like they just did a quick move in. We had many issues with the upstairs hall bathroom. I had some issues with this company and found Christie off putting but Kelly was quick to respond and make this better. Things have been getting fixed and looking better. Highly recommend Kelly she really cares about the tenants!
