We had an amazing buying experience with Cindy Quinn! Throughout the buying process, she was always a text or phone call away and she made time to be available any time we drove into the area to look at properties, (we were moving from out of state). Cindy has a vast knowledge of the market in southern Illinois, and as such she was able to really take a hands-on approach. We had very specific needs in the type of home we were looking for, and Cindy went above and beyond to (very patiently), make sure we found a house we loved that matched our wishlist. Even before we landed on the house we wanted, she had excellent recommendations for mortgage brokers, inspectors, etc. Once we were under contract on the house we picked, she was able to effectively negotiate with the sellers to come up with a deal everyone was ultimately happy with. Even after closing, Cindy was able to connect us with cleaning services for the home and carpets, that made moving from out of state the easiest it could possibly be! Cindy Quinn is both professional and personal and we can’t say enough good things about our experience. 5000% recommend!!

Very disappointed... today as we drove to pay our last respects in the funeral line through the town of Mt Vernon, everyone respectfully stopped to make a way. 🥰Except for Quinn Realy truck disrespectfully disregarded all of us as he passed us all including the one being laid to rest. 💔
