I am more than a little sorry to say that our experience with Monica has not been the same as the other "reviewers". I found her comments to NOT be in line with our company or the customer service we expect for our clients. In just 3 days of hiring her, I knew I had made a mistake and gave her the 2 week notice required by contract. I removed her from my bank accounts as a viewer, due to lack of trust with her. She has refused to refund any portion of our 30 day payment and just keeps asking what she can do for us to help instead of a refund. I do not trust this person with my AppFolio books, nor my company books. She knew we had a Real Estate Trust audit coming the next day and she told me she had reconciled the Trust account, but it was not completed and I had to pay for a bookkeeper to do Monica's work she had already been paid for and claimed to have been completed. I find this less than impressive and I also feel that a refund is in order. Again, I do not trust this person and I would not ever hire her again. I do not feel that she has treated me fairly. She worked for me for. three. days. and tells me she worked 28 hours on our account. This is untrue and I promptly removed her from our accounts when she made this claim. I would rather be out the money than have her change or mess anything up for me that she may refuse to fix. Hire someone local, this person was not my answer to our bookkeeping solutions.

I have been working with Monica Lockhart at Quick Accounting Solution for over a year. I connected with Monica through Upwork in my search for help with AppFolio and Quickbooks.
