They came and cut the grass in my development and one of the employees cut my License plate and starched my bumper all up I did talk to one of the boss asked for pictures of the damage and I’m still waiting to get my car fixed so be careful with using this company.Remind you it’s a new car still had a temp tag on it.

Quality Landscaping has provided me with excellent service for years. Both commercial and residential services. They arrive on time and do excellent work. I have used them for snow removal, landscaping, paver installations, and general grounds maintenance. Their staff members are friendly and dependable.

Seems like the “quality” of Quality Landscaping has gone down from previous years experience.

The office staff (Betty) is nice, and when I go onsite, everyone seems professional.

Irrigation - Overall a good experience with the same Teach year over year. Believe they are missing out on $, as each year they replace old heads, as opposed to addressing them all at once. The work went elsewhere. They do offer irrigation service contracts for start up and shut down.

Grounds Maintenance - At one point they were on top of things and my grass looked great. 2022, something happened and out of 7 lawn care program steps, only received 2. And of those 2 received, I had to call months after the expected service date to see when they were coming out. No one has been out since Step #2 (April). So glad we did not pay in advance.

Went to the office to resolve, we haven’t heard nothing. What we did receive was an estimate for additional work. But no one realized when they came out and assessed our lawn that THEY hadn’t been there in months for any treatments.

Not sure if it’s resources or availability, but some communication to customers would be appreciated and possibly avoid negative reviews.

Update May 2023: After meeting with the Quality Team, was advised that my groundsman was out last year due to illness, and the back up resources he thought was handling the job, we’re not. So far (2023), we are on point with each program step.

Just had a horrible experience, myself and my worker walked in and asked for 3/4 river rock.

The secretary kept referring to it as 3/4 Grey which myself and my worker stopped her and corrected her saying NO we want 3/4 river rock to which she replied we just call it 3/4 Grey

Well needless to say 3/4 Grey driveway stone showed up.

The secretary then called me and said we never even mentioned river rock,and asked for 3/4 Grey.

Listen mistakes happen,but it's how we handle them that matters and this was a terrible experience.
She followed up with "hey I'm not the one smoking pot" which is kinda ridiculous when the error was on her part.

They have cameras in their lobby and I simply hope ownership can find the time to review the footage and I'm sure you will hear us say "no we want river rock"

I'd love to speak with a manager,because was a bad experience.

Terrible experience for residential sprinkler service...non responsive despite calling 3 times, leaving voice mail per their attendant at multiple extensions...NEVER a return call!!!! TOO BIG TO CARE OR RETURN CALLS DESPITE THEIR PROFESSIONAL SITE...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

The lady at the desk so nice,help me a lot information, WONDERFUL service. The truck driver nice,responsable,on tine,same day delivery. But price a LITTLE EXPENSIVE. Nice staff I recommend this place for EVERYTHING what I NEED on my garden. THANKS, I'm. So happy..

Quality Landscaping and their crew have done work for us for more than twenty-five (25) years. They are very professional, on time, neat, and the area is cleaner than when they started.

Over the years they have taken care the many trees, bushes, and lawn.

Pruning, shrub thinning, grass maintenance and many other tasks on a property with many trees.

Price is always fair and the scheduling when I need it.

I would HIGHLY recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing professional landscaping work.
