What an amazing experience I had with PURE Management Property. From the beginning of my application process to the end, Helena Barrios assistance was top notch! What a terrible experience. Keep in mind my rent was never late, most months I’d pay early. Upon moving in, the house was dirty and there was mold everywhere. Stanley also acknowledge there were multiple windows without blinds and the sliding doors had broken blinds. So I replaced the blinds and hung up some curtains to give myself some privacy. I cleaned everything. The entire time I lived here, I also lived with rats and crickets, broken windows, and terrible insulations. One room in the house would be 80 degrees another 50 because the heat couldn’t distribute/hold. In the summer, the bedroom would be freezing cold while the rest of the house was in the 80s with the AC on 69. I moved out, filled in any holes I made from the curtain rods, some wall art, and TV mounts. I hired cleaners to clean the whole house so it’s up to par. Now I receive a letter in the mail charging me “$720” for “touch up paint”. Absolutely insane and will NEVER recommend this company. Not to mention they sent the letter to their house I moved out of three months ago, instead of the “forwarding address” I provided to them on my move out applications. So now it says my bill is already late.

We found Pure Property Management in 2022, our leasing agent was Jami Gates. From the beginning of move in to the end of move out, Jami kept us informed every step of the way, and her advice was always spot on. Jami is very professional, personable and considerate. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs an honest and excellant rental experience. If we were not relocating out of state we would NOT have moved. Pure Property Management has great properties and we highly recommend them. Thank you, Jami, for a wonderful two year rental experience.

I would not recommend this company. Our oven caught fire due to faulty wiring in the home. Luckily we were able to spot it before any damage was done. We informed them of the issue and received a new oven, but the wiring problem was never addressed. As a result, we have not been able to use the oven for over two months. Not having an oven is one issue, but their negligence towards such a significant safety hazard is a major concern. Additionally, you have to reach out multiple times to get any responses.

*Racist and avoids renting to black tenants*
This company is very unprofessional. After several attempts of contacting them, I was able to speak with a woman about my questions to rent. She disconnected the call. I called back a total of 10-15 times, I could hear her answer the line and disconnect! I called back the next day about my application, she advised the house had been rented. Although it’s still showing available for 2 weeks now.

My wife and I were looking for a rental home, only to be told less than 12 hours later that the house had already been rented. We spoke to someone and since they didn't have anything else in the area that we wanted we asked for our application fees back and they awarded us those promptly. A decent experience I guess considering that we were unable to rent the property.

They have been managing our properties since last 5 years.
