We stayed at the Pullen Creek RV Park in Skagway for 4 nights. The location is fabulous! Very close to the town, a 5 minute walk or so.
The park is well taken care of and the bathrooms were clean and the shower was free. There is only 1 shower. Never had a line up.
We had electricity and water hook up for our trailer.
We really enjoyed our stay here and in Skagway! Such a lovely town and super nice people.
The train station is nearby and the train does start quite early in the morning. You get used to it. The views are wonderful from the park.

Cruise ship people were never in the park. It does get busy during the day. The stores all close between 6-7 pm. Excellent restaurants and food there.

They have a real racket going here - only two RV parks in town and the other one is much worse than this one so it’s basically the only option. $75 a night plus tax PLUS a $3 reservation fee if you book online, which you basically have to since there isn’t consistently an attendant.

On the bright side, the showers in the women’s washroom do not appear to require coins anymore and the location is convenient.

I was admittedly a bit skeptical about staying here based on some reviews but this ended up being a gem of a rv park with our stay. We were supposed to have site 33 but people were still in it when we arrived. They gave us the site next to it (31) which ended up being a corner spot and even better! Lots of trees, plenty of green space. View of the harbour and the cruise ships. Walking distance to downtown Skagway. Yes, it’s expensive but it’s a tourist town that only has a short window to make money and you have to keep that in mind. There are only 2 rv parks in town and this is by far the better choice of the two! Would 100% stay here again. Be warned though, the white pass train backs up to the cruise ships right beside the campground but I thought it was a unique experience to be woken up by the slow clickety clack of it passing by! Thanks Pullen Creek RV Park for an awesome stay in beautiful Skagway!

All I can say is location, location, location. There is not much to choose from when staying in an RV in Skagway. Everything is within walking distance. I was worried that all the cruise ship passengers walking by and the ships themselves would be a hastle but we didn't even hear them. BTW with the train on three sides of the park and them starting up about 5am people are a minor issue. Park has great, but unralized potential. Owned by the city but they don't seem to give a damn. Host when available seems to know nothing about the town and little about anything else. Sort of nice to be able to walk out and watch the cruise ships depart every evening. Everything worked and was reasonably clean. Overpriced but there is not any other choices. Seen much worse.

Great location with elec/water hookups. Dump station on site. Easy walk to sites in town. Pricey at $80/night, but convenient.

Positiv: Proximity to town, but noise of the cruise ships wake you up early in the morning. One night, pre season, $83.00 way too expensive. Price / Quality out of whack!!!! One of the 2 dumps is clogged, a hoste, where is he? The clerk at the reception has no idea what is going on in his town and let the guest fill in the personal data themselves on his computer… would never return…

Site was pretty unlevel. Positioning meant I was glad we carry a 30a ext to add to our usual shore power cord. Great access thru a fence opening to get to boardwalk & Fijord Express to Juneau. Town closes about 6pm cause the cruise ships board

Great rv park with outstanding views. Its located blocks from the main downtown strip. You have great views of the surrounding mountains and cruise ships in port. The drive into Skagway is amazing. The restrooms were clean and shower was nice and large. The showers are free there is no charge. If you are going to Skagway I highly recommend Pullen Creek Rv park.
