Wow! I have to say that I am so glad that I choose Pugh Group Property Management to help my family manage our home ! Me with my husband really enjoy communicating with Melissa! She is patient ,kind and very helpful! She is one of the best! She helped my family successfully rent out our home in a very short period of time! The day we moved out,there was a tenant moved in the following week! We are really satisfied with the experience as a home owner!

I'm not one to leave reviews but my goodness I have to for this company. My lease was coming to an end and as I began looking for a new rental, I fell in love with a house managed by PMG. I contacted Pugh Management Group after viewing the property and Ms. Jessika got in contact with me immediately. I was upfront with her about not having the best credit but may have other qualifiers. Ms. Jessika went above and beyond for me all while keeping in contact with me for updates. Once it was time for me to pay the security deposit, I went to the office on Drake Ave to turn it in and the front desk lady was so sweet!! I feel like she celebrated with me as I expressed my excitement. The day of move in, I met with Melissa for the inspection. She was SO detail oriented and we took our time while she explained what happens if there ever is a problem. Everyone I came in contact with at this company were super awesome and I could tell they are passionate about their work. 10/10 would recommend them and the multiple services they offer!!! Thank you Jessika!!!!!!

I am a complete honest man and state facts but Pugh Group does not like the facts. In my personal experience with Pugh Group I would not recommend them. But if you choose too, be very careful. I would HIGHLY recommend inspecting the house from top to bottom yourself or pay for a good inspector to come in, which you have the legal right to do so. Me and my wife had to many issues with the house we were in through them, one of them being a health and safety issue. I also would highly recommend you look up the state laws for landlord tenant. It will save you from having alot of stress and headaches.

After using the Pugh Group to manage my rental for the past three years, I can say nothing but great things about the team and their attentiveness to my property. Everyone on the team is so quick to respond, so thorough with their inspections, and so flexible to work with. They really stress that your property is YOUR property, so it is YOU who decides how much/little involvement to have in operations. They are honest in their opinions, which is wonderful because, with some other property managers, you may not get any real opinion at all. I'm so grateful to have Jessika and Melissa (and everyone else) looking out for both me and the tenants.

We needed a short term rental while our house was being built. We were also moving cross country, so needed to do everything over email and calls. All the staff were great and very accommodating. Easy check in and check out of the rental house with no hiccups. Do recommend.
