This course was amazing. First and foremost this was so convenient. I work 2 jobs, working about 72 hours a week! Most of my time studying is at night and whenever they are available eve in the late hours they will respond. If they can’t respond at night they will respond in a very timely manner. Take advantage of their deals and it’s worth it. No reason why everyone doesn’t have their licenses. 100% recommended

As I looked for classes I looked for 2 things price and someone I can listen to for 75 hours. I got more than that.. Price was good, teacher (Issa) is exciting, kept me engaged and excited to learn. His brother is the admin (Milad) he always took my call and helped me, he even sat with me and went over questions I couldn't figure out. Great, no excellent service. I passed. My advice on the test: get your game up on advertising, what you can and cant say, dont go crazy on the math, not much utilizing formulas maybe one or 2 questions. Also, dont memorize wait times for leaving rentals only know that if its a lease for a set amount of time than no notice is needed. Lastly, the questions are very confusing and convoluted, the more you read them the easier they become. I marked about 35 questions for review, after I was done I went over those 35 twice and then the entire test again. I can say after that I was only confused about 5-10. When I started the 1st 25 questions, I thought it could be between 1 or 2 of the answers, read it multiple times and mark it, it will make more sense when you come back around. See you at the top.

Provident Legacy has been an amazing place. They are helping reach a goal that I've ALWAYS wanted but didn't hv the time to do and that's to get my real estate license. ISSA the instructor and owner of the place is an amazing teacher..he explains things to where u can understand it n makes it pleasantable to learn. His assi Stephanie is AMAZING as well. If u have any questions and whatever time she is ALWAYS available to answer ur question. If ur interested in getting ur real estate license or just learn about real estate, Provident Legacy is the place to go. Plus, they are right here in bayonne. Also, Issa has a book titled, Go back to ur country. The title may seem.a lil harsh buy, when u read the book, u will fall in love. It's all about his life growing up as a young man from Jordan, here in the US. It's a must read.
