Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else don’t let the price or the “deals” fool you this property is not well kept. From the rodents such as mice and the ROACHES which are a huge problem if you live alone you’re not. The building is INFESTED at 107 new street. You are guaranteed to have roaches in your home. I even saw a roach inside of my car and had to bug bomb it several times. Living here has completely changed my life I have NEVER lived with insects let alone ROACHES ?! No save your money . On top of that management is terrible the super doesn’t do anything or answer the phone I had a leak in my toilet which is priority and he refused to answer the phone. The parking lot has no direction people park wherever they want whether they’re paying for parking or not. The property manager is a con artist and a scammer. He also calls you and threatens you with a 20 day eviction if you’re late on your rent. Housing code laws are broken constantly. It is Oct 12 2024 and our heat has not been turned on (which should be on by the 1st of October). Anyway they can save a dollar they will they do not consider the tenants before anyone their profit is more important. SAVE YOU MONEY AND LIVE ELSEWHERE

I'm a long term tenant at 30 Beech Street, and have experienced previous management's styles. However, Lex, is the only manager who actually promptly responded to my urgent maintenance issues. He took the time to physically come to my apt to inspect my maintenance problem. Lex, has demonstrated true concern, compassion and a deep commitment to improve the quality of life for the tenants. He truly is sincere and, I believe desires to make the necessary repairs to the building. May God continue to bless him daily. Ms. Mills.

I have been at the new st build for a year. Save your money! You could call the number listed right now and no one will pick up the address listed is even theirs because they LOST THE BUILDING lol Proud Living has the most complaints against them in East Orange. They are constantly losing buildings. They neglect their properties and their tenants. Roaches everywhere. No heat. In constant breach of housing laws and no accountability is ever taken. The only time you can get in touch with the property manager Tunde is when you owe money and they want to evict you. Companies like these thrive off of taking advantage of low income Black and Brown people because they believe we are uninformed and usually don’t have the means or time to combat their illegal practices. The ironic thing about it is that the building Im in is right next to city hall and the area of the transit line that is actively being “rebuilt”. These people should not be allowed to manage buildings and sadly nothing will change till more affluent renters come into the neighborhood. By year 2028 these people will no longer be in business

Their 60 S Munn ave building is disgusting!!!! It smells, it's dirty and it's INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! I have to spray roach spray 2x a day. I've been here for 5 months and am extremely grossed out. (Exterminator has only been here once) The tenants here throw food out their window onto the front lawn, and management DOES NOT CLEAN. Fellow dog owners DO NOT pick up after their dogs (it's disgusting). People leave their garbage in the hallways and on the elevators. You send emails and text messages to the building manager and get no response. I DO NOT & I REPEAT 🗣🗣 DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING IN!! This building isn't even worth 1 star, but I had to select it just to post my review

Why do I have to shower in cold water getting ready for work, again. 2days in a row and I can't get no one on the phone. I just went a whole month without hot water, now not even 2 weeks later, no hot water again, with no explanation? Im not paying this rent as long as I have to shower in cold water. $1500 a month to have to bath in hot water, is insane. Rent so high can't even save to move!!! Do not rent from these people if you don't want slum lord behavior!!! You all want your rent money, well I want hot water.

Literally trying to scam me out of 22,000 dollars. Was paying rent to a landlord with rental assistance their landlord took our state paid rent check and is no where to be find now the company trying to ruin my credit!! Where is Tunde?

Absolutely horrible management company. They don’t take care of their properties, no one answers the phone. The place is run down and any repairs you need you have to call the city because calling them WILL NOT HELP. If you can AVOID ALL buildings owned and managed by this company! Lex Dominquez tells you to call but NEVER answers the phone It literally goes straight to voicemail and don’t bother just calling in regular and not entering his extension because NO ONE ANSWERS THAT EITHER. I’ve email LEX DAILY FOR THE PAST THREES WEEKS AND NO RESPONSE. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY
