The property is not just owned by Jews. I am an owner and have owned 2 units here. The problem is basically the tenants are expecting the property to be clean and quiet and a good community when in fact there are those who reside here who don't care about their living environment and the others who live here. Those that leave garbage in their units causing offensive smells in the hallways. Those that are nasty and create roach and rodent issues. Some who have pets and wont clean up the accidents that their pet may have in common areas.. People spill, drop and make a mess but think its someone else's problem to clean. I've watched people get dropped off in front and allow others to use the front of the building as a trash disposal right in front of the person who actually lives here. People use the laundry room and leave it filthy without concern for others that use it. Laundry and grocery carts are taken up to units and never returned or just left in the hallway of the floor..
Basically you can't put every issue on MGMT we live here not them. If we don't take pride and initiative where we live how can we expect those that don't live here to have it for us. It takes money to run this place people clog toilets and sinks which causes issues in the pipes that connects us all. When it breaks its costly to repair. Nothing is done for free. I was Board President for 3 years so i have first hand knowledge on the money it takes for this building to function. Its gotten much better slow progress but moving in a positive direction.
It takes the whole village to create a beautiful community.

I have been a resident here since the Pandemic and it has been going downhill ever since. There is an understanding that management will change often. But when the new management comes and does NOTHING to make things better then there is a problem. They pay for a cleaning company to come and clean the first-floor lobby only. They no longer have exterminators come unless it's FIRST COME FIRST SERVED and that's a benefit that is listed in the lease. There are several things that need to be fixed in my apartment and they have not been fixed in the last two years. But the building management calls every 2-3 to ask me about repairs they know they have not fixed. At random times they cut off the heat and hot water without warning. Sometimes for days at a time. The clerks in the rental office are rude, mean, and quite frankly uninterested in the tenants. I'm not looking for friends but a little common decency would be nice. I was not expecting the best of the best. Its a 17 floor skyrise with about 10 apartments on each floor. So I understand that everything cannot be addressed in a timely manner. But to not address ANYTHING is crazy. I usually dont like to give bad reviews but this is too much. I've seen the rental office treat me and others like we don't even pay rent here. If you can avoid moving in here please do so. It's not Worth it.

The worst building ever. I’m a resident who lives here and I’ve been complaining about getting things fixed in my apartment and they take they sweet time fixing things. Management doesn’t give a crap about the residents and their problems that the tenants have in their apartment. I’ve been waiting almost a week to get things that are SAFETY ISSUES fixed inside my apartment. The property manager who name is SEBY never answers his phone. He doesn’t even think twice about calling you back to find out what’s the issue your having in the apartment. Every time you call to put in a ticket with management nothing never gets done. I REGRET RENTING HERE. PLEASE DONT BOTHER WAISTING YOUR TIME. THEY WILL SELL YOU HOPES AND DREAMS BEFORE MOVING IN & THE MINUTE YOU MOVE IN THEY WONT ANSWER REGARDING ANY ISSUES YOU HAVE INSIDE YOUR APARTMENT. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU ON STANDBY . THE SUPER OF THE BUILDING BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH

If I could rate this place I would give it a no star this place is the worse place to live. The landlord is sneaky and quick to wanna evict when your not around he puts eviction letters on the doors. He don't wanna fix anything but he wants his rent. The elevator here there is always something wrong with them. Hes a huge rip off and somebody need to do something about it. He's scaming people and wanna live luxury. Rumors is he owes alot of of money in light and gas. The apartments are safety hazard. Noone knows who the landlord is because it's just being transfered from one person after the other.

no stars... they never gave us back our security deposits and made no attempt to even send us a statement as to why not and that was for two apartments. They kept 2500.00 of our money for no reason. It was spotless and no damages whatsoever. It was plain theft and not able to get any recourse without having to spend a lot of money for lawyers. They are a scam and I am sure does this to all tenants, not just us.
