I am a local Mechanical contractor and I work with property managers all over the valley. PSGJ has some nicer newer homes that they treat like slums. They did a post construction inspection on our unit and we pointed out all the things that needed to be repaired, one of which being the back sliding door in my children’s room did not have a functional lock as it was not installed correctly. PSGJ refused to make any repairs to any of the items highlighted in the inspection as faulty or needing repairs. We never even got hardware installed on our cabinets and now the doors are sagging on a one year old build. Once we notified them we would be vacating in 30 days, we started getting harassed about dog waste. We’ve had the same dog and the same amount of waste picked up at the same intervals throughout our entire lease (every couple days as weather allows) but once we notified of non renewal they decided to start sending messages about sending someone out to pick up the waste and charging us for it. At this point, we feel PSGJ has retaliated against us for deciding not to renew.

I had a great experience renting from Property Services of Grand Junction. They handled maintenance requests quickly and were super accommodating when I moved before the end of my lease. I got most of my deposit back and feel like they were super fair. I’d rent from them again and recommend them to anyone.

Had an apartment for 4.5 years. Left in far better condition than I received. No deposit return, and owed several hundred for unnecessary items. Impossible to get ahold of. Several maintenance issues that were addressed poorly over my tenancy — my laundry room flooded no less than three times from the same pipe location breaking. Twice we were left without running water for multiple days while waiting for plumber to fix. Do not rent from these people. If you must, document everything, take videos of everything on move in and move out. Be prepared to use small claims to get your money back. Be aware of the law and what they are obligated to do. I didn’t think a company could be so slimy.

extremely disappointed. I'm disabled and married and on a fixed income. We had to shell out 100.00 to apply for a house. 50.00 for me and for my husband. When I was texting Lisa and asking questions it seemed like she was annoyed that I was asking questions. When we tried to view the property, we couldn't get in. When we tried to contact the office there was no answer and didn't get a return call for days. This house has been for rent for several months and now I know why. I will be contacting the BBB. I highly advise not to go through this property management. We were denied due to our credit, they didn't even offer a cosign or anything. Bad Business.

Worst Place To Rent From I Wouldn’t Recommend Them To Anyone. I was charged first months rent $1900 & a double deposit of $3800 due to my criminal history which included 0 felonies still wasn’t a problem I provided a copy of my drivers license & my social security number in my application to verify who I am I also had to pass a background check & then I was able to move in, I have 2 legal last names which I only signed one of them and 5 months later they terminated our lease early claiming “fraud” saying because I only used one of them I was trying to hide who I was & they found something on my record after moving in which makes no sense I’m tied to who I am through my social security number, when they already said I was good to move in, there’s was no communication on how I should have signed the application you would think they’d just have you restart & sign it correctly but we got kicked out instead 5months in, the house had multiple damages which we took photos of before moving in and a missing cabinet but we took it because we needed a place to go. I would give 0 stars if possible. Do not rent from these people

These guys are horrible. We absolute love the home we are in. We have lived here-for almost 5 years now.
After having issue and trying to get tickets resolved for almost half a year, they start hassling you on any and everything they can. We live on an acre lot that we have taken care of like our own. Sadly looking to move if this doesn't stop.

Rented with eclipse for a year and then the owner switched to gj property services. Didn’t know how good I had it with eclipse, this property management company would leave repair requests unanswered for over a year. Whenever I would call the office they would say they were closed for maintenance.

I didn’t even buy or rent from this company but I scheduled a viewing of two houses. The first one I never received a text or call and no one came to show us the house. Never was able to get into it. The second one we got a text finally to go in, but the house was occupied and already purchased ! There was furniture in the house. They couldn’t have been squatters. We scared the two children who were home alone to DEATH. I tried messaging them on the app and left a message with the rental lady but this property remains up on the website and they still have a lockbox on their door. I think it’s a little unprofessional and their system is severely messed up. We felt horrible and apologized profusely.
