This is the worst experience and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a company. They promised in writing on multiple occasions they would be sending one months rent checks for canceling the approval of hundreds of residents. That was nearly 50 days ago and the checks were to be sent 30 days ago.

Also, it seems like they have an issue keeping staff because emails are constantly bouncing back with a message “this person is no longer employed here.” I’m not sure how/why anyone would trust them to develop their property. When they begin to feel the pressure they disable the comments on their social media pages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not work with this company. I was supposed to move into their new apartment building this summer. I had paid 600 dollars for the apartment, went through all the vetting and background checks. Only to find out, 2 months later, the web portal for the building stopped working and they are selling the building.

To top things off, I only found out about this change from a real estate agent who is selling the building. No one reached out to me to inform me I have no where to move to in July and no one has returned my money. I am 600 dollars poorer and angry. I will never do business with this company and suggest everyone stay clear of them.

I finally found a place to leave a review seeing as there is no longer the ability to do so on Society Biscayne. We were supposed to move in in July. In early May we received an email that the developer (PMG) was exploring the option of selling the units as condos. They stated if they were unable to issue us a lease then they would refund us what we have paid and the equivalent of 1 months rent. Somewhat generous even though they disrupted who knows how many peoples plans. The problem is we have tried calling and emailing to no avail to get this money after learning they are officially going to be sold. My boyfriend called a PMG office to find answers and was screamed at and told it was inappropriate to call that number. If anyone has any luck getting in touch with this sad excuse of a company I’d love to know

PMG is a shady development company. Approved lease applications for 100's of residents for a building in Miami set to open in June. Now you guys send a vague email letting us know you will "decide in the coming weeks".

What kind of company puts people in this tight situation with their living arrangements. To make matters worst you guys are unresponsive to email, phone, have disabled the leasing agents numbers and emails, disabled Instagram.

Highly suggest you take a look at your management team in society las olas and pay attention to all the different reviews from the people living there!

You’re going to lose all your tenants within a year from opening. Like myself I am now leaving to alluvion thank God! Nothing compares to their team.

Your management in Society Las Olas does not care about people! They are rude and respond with attitude if they even respond. They do not handle anything, I honestly don’t understand the purpose of them. Stella and Amanda are about as worthless as a rock!! So unprofessional I have never experienced anything like it in my life before! Very shocking.

Kevin Maloney do something about your invested project and care to have a better management team!
