As a first time home buyer, the experience was quite nerve racking especially during this time of uncertainty with increased rates, inflation, and high demands for homes. Open houses were on the weekends and offers were due by Monday. With just a couple days to decide if this was our dream home, it was stressful to say the least. However, the team at Property Investor and Advisors LLC made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Especially with the help of our real estate agent, Jeffery Torres, attorney Israel Fermin and our loan officer Elsa.

Overall we had a great experience with the team as they were very professional, kept us up to date and explained the whole process step by step. They did not just care about making a sale and getting a commission check but actually cared about their client, which we greatly appreciated. There were many houses where Jeffery took us and told us as nice as this place looks, here are the things that are wrong and how much it would roughly be to fix/replace which really gave us an insight of what owning a home really was like.

At the end of the day we purchased our dream home with the help of the team at Property Investors and Advisor LLC and could not be happier about the overall experience and would highly recommend them.
