If your looking for a nice clean house to rent . I would recommend PIC of Joplin. The office staff are nice and helpful. If you have any problems whatsoever they will try to get them resolved quickly.Its really hard to find a rental company that keeps their properties up.

Our family just hit our 2 years renting with PIC this month, and we absolutely love the ladies that work there! They have been helpful from the beginning, and whenever we have had issues or needed something fixed, which has been rare, they have taken care of us very quickly and efficiently! I would recommend renting from PIC any day. They been very helpful with any problems we've had. We had a tree fall down across our driveway way they had someone out the same day to cut it up and clean the debris up. Can't ask for a better property management company to rent from.

This is one of the worst property management companies I have ever rented from. Lisa doesn't respond 80% of the time and when she does it is after sending multiple messages or threatening to fix the problem yourself and send them the bill. I had multiple occasions where it took a year for them to fix the problems, 1 was an ant issue and the second was snow coming I. Under my back door. If I could leave negative stars I would. I don’t recommend renting from them. They are nice up front to get you to sign the lease but then they disappear.
