Subcontractor worked for over one year for Prominence. All was good until last invoice for work completed 10/01/2023. Prominence has not paid as of 08/28/2024 and has not responded to any calls. Will have to file suit to recover lost income. Do not recommend any trade enter into contract with Prominence Homes. UPDATE 10/08/24: Prominence finally paid the amount of the original (10/17/23) invoice two weeks ago. Did not pay interest or late charges. Bottom line it took one year before we received payment for the last work we did for them. So I would strongly caution against contracting with them without 50% up front.
