Magdalena did a fantastic job in listing and selling our home. From getting an amazing photographer to negotiating letting us stay in our home two months after closing so that our daughter can graduate high school without the disruption of moving into a apartment as we were headed out of state. She was also great at getting us comps outside of our neighborhood as we sold for a much higher price than anything in our neighborhood. She made sure she was there with comps in hand when the appraiser was at the house. One of the best selling experiences we have ever had with an agent. Thank you for your professionalism. The last year has been very trying for everyone worldwide. Meeting Stan and Magdalena Fit with Promax Property Services gave us piece of mind knowing our property was going to be well looked after while we were not able to be there. Not knowing when we would be able to get back down to the USA with the borders closed put a strain on us but knowing Stan was looking after our property it was one less thing we needed to worry about. Every month the reports came in, if there was an issue or if I needed something done all I had to do was ask. Great company, fantastic people. Used Promax for the first time while on a three month trip out of state. We were able to travel with peace of mind knowing our property was being checked regularly. Stan is more than just a warm body stopping by. He is a trained home inspector, so he knows what to do, how to do it, and what to look for to discover any issues that may need to be brought to your attention. He puts together a great report for every visit that tells you everything. We had two issues while we were gone that required some extra work to investigate and solve. Stan worked with me over the phone on these issues and was patient and helpful. We will be using Promax again for our next trip and recommend them highly.
