Darwin was my salesman. He was great!!! But no fault of his my car failed inspection for fuel system not ready. I brought it back for service they had it all day and didn't do anything but change the battery.... if it passes inspection then I have no problem...but it doesn't seem logical the battery has anything to do with the fuel system.

Update. Drove another 200 miles over the last few days...passed inspection today

The office smells like marijuana and alcohol, and there are vagrants roaming around the car lot.

The vehicle we looked at didn’t start, the interior was not as advertised (center console was destroyed but no pictures of this damage on the listing). Price on the listing changed multiple times after I expressed interest. The car was over 25 years old with significant wear and tear on the frame/rust everywhere - best they could do was take 100 dollars off (vehicle was listed at 7k)

Salesman (Alex) kept insisting we buy the vehicle so we can then resell it - then got upset when we noted all of what was wrong with the car, while downplaying our concerns. There was a level of despair on their end that made us feel extremely uncomfortable. The brakes were not activating on local roads (25-30mph) and he vocalized that it was something we didn’t need to address when we asked him about the issue.

Customer service is handled by an AI bot - when I spoke with a representative over the phone to see the car I was told one thing (bumper would be replaced, brand new battery already installed, looked really clean on the inside) but upon arrival to the car lot I was told something completely different (bumper would cost extra, they can try to replace battery, etc.)

Bought a yaris from them and the first week the battery was down now i had a flat tire and it’s rusted so badly that the lugs snapped when i tried to remove it . that and i didn’t know much about cars and they got me into a %24 APR loan BEWARE

I had a terrible experience with Pristine Auto Group. The sales team was extremely pushy, and the car I was interested in was advertised at one price but mysteriously increased when it was time to finalize the deal. Hidden fees were added without explanation, and the vehicle itself was not in the condition they claimed. When I asked about the car’s history and any potential issues, I got vague and dismissive responses.

Customer service was also disappointing—once they had my deposit, communication became slow, and they were unhelpful in resolving any concerns. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair and honest car-buying experience. Stay away and take your business elsewhere!

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was disappointing. I felt like they only cared about making a sale rather than helping me find the right car.

I was given misleading information about financing options, and when I pointed out discrepancies in the pricing, they were dismissive and unhelpful. After finally purchasing a vehicle, I encountered mechanical issues within days, and the service department was unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility.

I expected honesty and professionalism, but instead, I got the complete opposite. I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealership and take their business elsewhere.

Went to look at a vehicle, told them id be back tomorrow with the money to purchase it; insured the vehicle that night , reached out when they opened the next day to be told that theyre in the midst of selling the car to somebody else. No communication amongst the staff, no honor in what they say. Would stay very very clear of this dealership. Nothing but a waste of my time and money.
