I recently had the opportunity to work with Michael Vito with the sale of a property owned by my elderly parent's trust - which had been recently vacated and needed to be sold. Upon my initial inspection of the home, I was disheartened to see the condition of the property. Michael walked me through the initial steps to secure the vacant property and helped to secure a handyman to assist with the immediate repairs that were needed. He helped me determine the best course of action was to sell the property "as is". He patiently explained and walked me through what was needed - documents necessary and then through the entire sale process. After work was performed by the handyman to make the house presentable, the home still sold "as is" and for more then I thought it was initially worth.

To add to the challenges of this sale - the property was in Riverside County and I live in Los Angeles County and had never sold a property and the last property I purchased was about 1975. I was absolutely clueless about the entire process and Michael patiently explained documents and answered all my many questions. He was always quick to respond to messages or to follow-up on something when I asked.

Michael Vito made our rental experience so positive. At the first knowledge of us having to move because the owners decided to sell, I expressed to Michael that I knew we would not receive our security deposits. I said that nobody ever gets their deposits back. Michael said that he works for the renters as well as the owners and that he would do everything he could to see that we were reimbursed. He had been to the house and knew that we were taking good care of it. He not only saw that we got the security deposit back so that we could rent our new home, but got us the cleaning deposit too.
