Be aware of renting PRI property, worst management ever and only wants money. They have cockroaches in the building and they’ll lie to you that they don’t have cockroaches. Later they will charge you for cockroaches treatment. Which is their responsibility. It’s happened to me. Decision is yours.

Hi Bobbi Jo...

I am a past resident of #17 1940 9th Avenue North (2015-2017) and I am currently looking for my receipts as you only paid out $500 of a damage deposit owed to my co-applicant.

No, this isn't your fault but just like the purchaser took on the property, tenants and damage deposits which you're paying back without interest. I guess it will be my word against yours.

Except I have receipts...

I look forward to speaking with you soon.

?Don't rent from these people until they clean up from the inside out.

I've been reading the correspondence between them and my coapplicant and I am baffled at how unprofessional this establishment is. So baffled I will be contacting Scotia Bank for proof of payment to Darwin and his wife as they did not fill out the lease correctly as to what was verbally agreed. It states we only paid $500 which is correct, however, we made an agreement with Darwin to pay the other half when we moved in and he didn't keep records of anything which I can't blame him.

I, on the other hand, don't throw anything away.

Bed bugs been there since 2015 and I just visited in 2023 and they still have that issue... crazy.

Terrible, Crooked and shady
Landlords are suppose to support and provide a safe and comfortable place to live! Not get mad, irrated and upset when the tenant asks for something to be fixed or has a concern about the living area such as mold or broken doors and windows!! Property management
You should be ashamed of yourselves!!
BE CAREFUL PEOPLE!

I wish I can give a negative review. I left apartment 20 days ago. They haven’t cancelled my direct withdrawal from my account and they charged $780 for the next month. Like wowwwww. It’s been more than 20 days since I have moved out from the apartment. And now I have been waiting for my $780 to get back for more than 2 days. They MUST MUST MUST MUST improve their customer service. I NEED MY MONEY BACK asap.

On move in day, they handed over my apartment to me absolutely filthy! It seemed fine at walk-through but after I started actually moving in and opening cupboards and drawers, there was literally layers of sand in the kitchen cupboards, old garbage and popsicle sticks in the drawers. The cupboards were sticky to touch. Our feet became black from being barefoot on the floor that clearly wasn't washed.
There was a big window that wouldn't close properly and being on the main level, I had asked them multiple times to come fix it as it's a security issue. They showed up after I gave my notice to move out...

There was a hole in the ceiling and every time the person in the apartment above me showered, it literally poured water into my apartment. I also mentioned this to them many times and was never fixed while I lived there.

They told me how much rent was going to be before I moved in and contract was signed for that much. Then after move in, they decided they were pro-rating the utilities and were charging me over $1000/mo for a 1 bedroom that was falling apart!

Property manager came into my apartment one time unannounced and I was sitting at my table, looking at him mortified and he just said "Oh, I didn't think you'd be home!"

Thank goodness there was no lease required. I stayed there 2 months total.

I wish I can select 0 as raiting. Renting with this company has been the worst mistake. From the day we move we are having problems, roches.. people that take our parcell from the door, the building is always dirty and smelling as garbage. I dont have enough space here.. now summer starts an we have mice running free, make yourself a favor an never rent with this people.

Extremely rude. They need to hire people who know how to talk to people. I was trying to set up a viewing for a property and was told “ LIKE I SAID BEFORE THERES NO AVAILABILITY “ why have the add up? And a simple “ sorry we don’t have any units available “ would have worked. And I never even had contacted them prior to that. Maybe it’s a good thing I don’t rent from them
