**Update: As of today this company has made good on fixing problems with our home. Jose has worked hard to accommodate and make things better. My husband did have to clean all the carpets and the oven was gross but we cleaned that too. The company gave us $75 towards our Nov rent and we are thankful for that but it is not near what it would have cost to have someone professionally clean the place to make it livable. We are thankful for a place to live that is affordable. The neighbors are nice and the company does respond to our work orders.

I am moving into one of their rental properties. I am not impressed. Make sure, if you use this company, that you guarantee that they had it professionally cleaned. The oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, tub are disgusting. See photos.
Cobwebs everywhere. Bugs and dust in the light fixtures. Backyard not mowed. Cabinets with fingerprints and dirt on them. No grout in the tile by the tubs. This will stay up and I will change it if they make good on their part.

We recently transferred management of several rentals we own to Prestige and our only regret is that we didn't do this sooner! They made the transition process from our old management company so easy and their attention to detail and responsiveness is fantastic. Also, their accounting system and owner access to online ledgers, reports and leasing documents makes it so easy to view financial and other specifics whenever needed. My fiancé and I have lived in the properties in Siloam Springs that Prestige operates for CV Estates, and the entire process has been wonderful. We have thoroughly enjoyed living in our unit. Our neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood itself is peaceful. There were a couple issues upon moving in with some appliances, and our service requests were met efficiently, and above expectation. Michael and Samantha have always been accommodating and friendly towards us! We would renew our lease if we weren’t moving out of state, but we will surely miss living here

Our first experience with Prestige occurred after my husband retired from the Army. We decided to sell our home in GA and move "back home" to Arkansas. We wanted to get to know the area again before buying another home and decided to rent. Prestige was very easy to work with long distance and made the entire process stress free. A year later, we were still not ready to buy another property but needed to relocate again to be closer to the University and our jobs. Due to their ability to work with multiple property owners, Prestige had a home in the exact area that worked for us. The second home is a bit older and, understandably, has had a handful of maintenance issues. However, Prestige has been exceptional in working with us to get everything fixed. Step by step each issue is being resolved and they have gone above and beyond to maintain communication and keep us posted on the resolution process. As a tenant, I'm comforted to have a management company to rely on and I can assure property owners that Prestige is diligent about protecting their properties. They have not allowed maintenance issues to go unresolved in order to maintain the integrity of the unit.

We have been renting for about 2 years now, and while the place is nice, the process of putting in maintenance requests is like pulling teeth. Long wait times on requests, and at times a refusal to acknowledge the receipt of maintenance requests have been an issue. I’m not sure what the hold up is on maintenance, but the lack of follow-up and urgency shows very poor customer service. We are going on 4 days with us being able to hear birds in our walls due to a broken screen on our dryer vent, and despite it being an obvious fire hazard, we have yet to see any evidence of someone coming out here to take a look.

I have always been hands on managing my rental portfolio and was hesitant to hire a property manager, however it was becoming too time consuming. It's been over a year since Prestige has been managing my properties and the only regret is that I should have done it sooner. The communication and overall experience has been top notch.
