If you're planning to sell your home, my wife and I highly recommend this company. Mr. and Mrs. William Bush are wonderful people with genuine concern for meeting your needs. We had been planning to relocate for several months, and we knew we weren't going the traditional route of listing our home in a real estate market where homes are lingering due to extremely high interest rates. Also, the perils of squatters taking up residency in vacant properties; and the cost of paying utilities for your listed home and your new one. We looked for a company to buy our home and found Prestige on the Better Busness Bureau website. We called and met with the Bushes and they bought our home. Meanwhile, we found a newly built home in another county. We closed with Prestige a week before our closing on our new home. The closing with Prestige was seamless. They were also accomodating, allowing us to lease our old home until we closed on the new one.
I know some real estate agents talk against these companies, but just know that Prestige is operated above- board by people with integrity.
