Premier Property Services is great. Before I bought my condo in an HOA-regulated community, I was very nervous about doing so because of all of the horror stories I had heard about HOAs and the property management companies that manage them. When I finally made the decision to do so, my experience from the very beginning with Chelsea and her staff could not have been better. They are all very responsive, professional, accommodating, and yet down to earth and friendly with their communication and follow-through.

Because of my experiences with them during the first two years of ownership, I decided to even join the HOA board for my community!

This is the worse company to deal with. I live in Cloverdale Meadows and they manage the HOA. They are all non responsive NEVER returns phone calls and recently I was charged 350.00 for information to sell my property and come to find out the PDF file on HOA documents are free. It has been 2 weeks past closing and I still don’t have the necessary forms from this company. No one returns calls. Everyone is out of the office when you call. Poorly ran company. Stay clear they are nothing but a headache!! All of them are lazy and do very little for the home owners they forget they are providing a service.
