I just want to thank the entire staff at PPM!! Most of these reviews are fake . Charles is a crook . He broke into my apartment and stolen my stuff. When you say something bad they claim they never saw your name before or you were mad about something . They were on belair rd and franklin street . Crooks
He once had the property where ouftur is and lost it years ago . Look at the reviews carefully . It usually says the person only made 1 or 2 reviews . The reviews where the reviewer has more than 5 review is legit .
They will respond “im sorry i dont see your name in the system “ , “you didnt pay “ blah blah blah liesss . Fake reviews ?
