PPM has been a Godsend for us. We listed our home for sale and expected it to be on the market for awhile thus giving us time to make arrangements. It actually sold in 1 day and the full court press was on to find a new residence. Between a short time window, moving, and looking for a suitable home to rent, stress was at an all time high!!!

We stumbled across PPM as if it were meant to be. The owner personally took us by the hand and led us into the rental market for the 1st time in 20 years. Not only did she have a good mix of housing options to choose from, but she actually listened to our must have list. That was huge for us since we were used to controlling our own destiny. In no time at all she had us into the "perfect" rental situation.

I can be very picky with most things. Each item I saw as a flaw in our rental, (which were admittedly all pretty petty), were addressed as soon as humanly possible. Also, addressed to my satisfaction.

All in all, I can't recommend PPM highly enough. I couldn't imagine anyone else being in control of our lodging. Should we ever need rental help again in the future, PPM will most definitely be our 1st and only call.
