I personally love this place, so i live in Hamilton street, the things which i really like is their assistance. They were really helpful, quick in action and the fellow residents are wonderful. Best place to stay if you’re a student or working persons.

I live at 205 easton. Customer service is not great, are rude when asking questions. Mailroom is accessible to anyone, no sense of security for packages. Have to replace every key if one is lost, which is absurd. And very strict guest policies.

I have called my apartment "home" now for 4 years. I love how convenient it is to be able to walk to so many places. My actual apartment is huge and I love the extra den it has and the high ceilings being on the top floor. Premier Properties has been great to work with. It is a college town, so it can get noisy but management has been quick to address any issues including noise problems with neighbors. I feel like they listen and actual care about my living experience. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Premier and would recommend.
