This organization is extremely shady. When they took over as management group, my urge was to sell my property, and I'm very close to doing so now because so tired of dealing with them. Between the constant threats of fines/fees, the yearly increase in condo fees (more than 70 dollars more per month over the past 4 years), additional quarterly charges for 'power washing' (isn't that part of what condo fees are used for? 🤔) and generally terrible customer service - I can't say one good thing about their role. Somebody needs to investigate this company.

Since PMA took over Hidden Village in Perth Amboy in NJ all they did was raise the monthly maintenance fee from $300.00 to $500.00. There are no amenities here. No security/gate, no pool, no gym, etc. This company doesn’t care about anything but getting paid from homeowners.

Absolutely the nastiest company. The woman I spoke with yesterday whose name was Debbie was downright rude. They don’t honor previous agreements and after paying them in full year by year, there was a price increase unaccounted for so I would owe sooner. I receive the bill after the late fee is already applied and apparently the death of the homeowner from just last month is not even a feasible reason to not pay that certain late fee. There was no condolences or sympathy shown whatsoever to top it off. She literally said, “ If every single time someone was sick or died we waved late fees then we’d never get paid.” I’m just blown away, utterly! Apparently they don’t honor their own previous agreements unless you get it in writing. I’ve learned my lesson and instead of paying them yearly they will get paid when they are supposed to, no sooner, no later. Great job guys!

WORST MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES EVER:

My experience with Premier Management Association has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you're looking for an HOA that treats its customers poorly and mismanages your community, look no further than Premier Management Association.

From the very beginning, communication was abysmal. Trying to get a response from anyone at Premier Management was like pulling teeth. Emails were ignored, phone calls went unanswered, and when I did manage to speak with someone, they were dismissive and unhelpful. The management of our community under Premier Management was a disaster. Maintenance requests took ages to be addressed, if they were addressed at all. Common areas were neglected and fell into disrepair. It was clear that the management had no interest in actually improving the community's quality of life.

To make matters worse, dealing with Premier Management felt like dealing with a bureaucracy designed to frustrate residents. They seemed more concerned with saving their contractors' mistake than actually providing any sort of service. It was incredibly frustrating and demoralizing to see our concerns consistently brushed aside.

Save yourself the headache and find an HOA service that actually cares about its residents and community.

They've recently taken over a property that my family and I live in... Let's just say that while there were some positive changes (laundry machines are new, etc.), there are persistent problems, even as the rent continues to go up.

Specifically, the service elevator of our building (the only one that goes down to the basement/laundry room) has been broken for at least 3 weeks. And the electronic access to the building itself that you can use via app has been ripped out of the wall, with no ETA on when it can be fixed...

Truly dishonest company. Does not care about their tenants. Zero communication with tenants and on property upkeep is very low. This company is like a pyramid scheme, just teaching their employees how to continuously screw people over. “Premier” being in their name is LAUGHABLE considering everything they do is far from it.

Wish I could give this company the zero stars they deserve. I tried to call back in June regarding a maintenance issue and was told the agent was in a meeting and will call back as soon as she is done. I did not receive and communication for the entirety of week. I called again and was told that she was “in a meeting” and will call me back when she was done. When I was able to talk to someone they told me that they will leave a message because they could not contact the agent handling my community. I eventually managed to talk to Lori Kenyon, the VP of management services, regarding the maintenance and was told that it was none of the company’s concern and that I would have to talk to an attorney. She snarky told me that she had managed the properties for, “ over thirty years” and that I’m, “ not dealing with a newbie”. She also told me that my monthly HOA fee had increased and notice had been sent months prior and that I now have to pay the late fees that had been stacking up. I had not received any emails nor regular post mails regarding this increase and will now have to pay the late fees .

If there was a 0 start review they would get it. They took over Chestnut Hill Village in PHILADELPHIA. All they have done is raise the rent and patchwork over these townhome and apartment units. The trash pick up is inconsistent, there are no upgrades for CURRENT residents and there is little to no communication with the onsite staff and residents. It would be wonderful to find a management company that TRULY cares about their tenants.
