We have lived in the Green Hill Manor community for 8 years. We have always been pleased by response to any issues we have had. The Maintenance staff is good, especially Shaun. He is very prompt, efficient, respectful....friendly but professional. We feel fortunate to have the staff that this community employs.

Often with such places, once you're locked into a lease the service drops off like crazy. Not the case here- the superintendent Kendall at Cider Mill is one of the most dedicated supers I've ever had. Every time I've had an issue he has made it a priority, even after hours and been personable and professional. That kind of support tells me Premiere cares about it's tenants.

Our Air Conditioner and Fan stopped working on a Saturday morning. Spoke the Danny, the on call maintenance tech. Said he’d stop by to take a look. He identified the issue immediately and explained what happened after fixing it. Extremely nice and professional. Told us to give him a call if anything happens again. We’re chilling now. Thank you! ❄️👍

I had been looking to down size after closing on my property not too long ago. I was looking to lease but I did't want to move too far. I began my search online is where I seen Brookhaven Lofts. I received a call the following morning, It was Laura (my new friend) lol I told her what I was looking for and she said to me that we absolutely have exactly what your looking for. (Me: No Way!!!) I took the drive to meet Laura soon as we hung up. I was amazed, she mentioned the apartment was move in ready...I filled the application and was approved and moved in immediately. I LOVE Brookhaven Lofts and both Laura and Saran went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate my needs. Ish and Christian in Maintenance were AWESOME!! They came to fix a few issues I had going on in my apartment, they were pleasant with good humor.
