Dan Brooks has been so patient and helpful. Not to mention he is fun to be around. He makes looking for a new home more comfortable with his honesty and love for life attitude. I highly recommend him for all your real estate needs and I'm sure everyone in this office is all the same. They will be my choice for all my real estate needs in the future as well.

I bid on the property at 2839 Cottage Ln in Freeport. Kevin Althafer of Preferred is the sellers agent. The seller only listed water in 1 closet in the disclosure. Instead the inspection report came back with Asbestos, bad roof, rusty pipes, broken chimney that was tie wrapped together, multiple leaks in rooms, and the kitchen floor cracking as well as mold in said closet. When offered my copy of the inspection to fix the disclosure, Mr Althafer stated he did not want to see it, used a swear word and hung up. Meanwhile, anyone who makes an offer on this house will have to pay for an inspection to truly find out what is wrong and woe to the person who buys without an inspection.
