We rented a house for about 3 years. Brian and his team were always quick to address any maintenance issues, whether it was in the middle of the day or on a weekend evening. Once we were out of town and had a water issue - they came well after normal hours to make sure everything was repaired. We had a great experience with them and would definitely rent from them again.

Lived here over a year, always paid rent on time. Ac was out for almost 2 weeks but finally got it fixed after staying on them..
For anyone with issues involving repairs by law you can have the repair done and take it out of your next rent! I gave the ultimatum of that or they could fix it (; definitely cheaper for them to do their selves than me hire an expensive professional!

ATTENTION Candace Rainwater

I live in Briarwood Apartments and has been here in Durant, Ok for over a year. I have continuously submitted work orders etc to the property manager Ashley Dryer. I have a dishwasher in my unit remind you I have lived here over a year and the dishwash has never worked. Feb 5 my sink was not draining which caused rmthe dishwasher that I never used to over flow and now there's water all over my kitchen floor. I contacted the office and was told it's to late in the evening to get someone out but will try....then the new property manager Kaily had pulled up to the office due to her showing an apartment so I went and asked her if she could handle the situation she said ok......someone contacted the city of Durant and that same day the city came looked at my apartemnt and left his card and stated if the situation is not fixed in 24hrs to call him back as he proceesed to walk directly across the parking lot to the office the old office manager Ashley D dashed to her car and the contacted me through messenger on Facebook ( I have the screenshot) in these exact words" Our records show we looked at your apartment on 02/03? Is there a reason why you are calling the city out" remind u Ashley nor Kaily paid attention to the fact that as they were hanging around the office I was recording their movements from the time I left the office notifying Kaily of the dishwasher flooding to even showing Ashley running to her car when the city of Durant pulled up.

I never responded due to the fact Ashley had me provide my email address to the company in Jan of 2020 stating that they will start contacting me via email. Via email and Facebook messenger is 2 different ways of contacting someone.

When I went to talk to Kayli about the message and the ways of contacting me. So I can respond in a timely manner. Ashley D was showing off the property to future residents. As I walked up to the office I asked Ashley was the office closed she responded " what do you want" I was shocked so I asked get again to make sure I heard her Right and she responded " what do you want" I asked if I could have a copy of all work orders that is on file and also my rental ledger. She stated once she show the apartment the office will be closed she will provide to me tomorrow which is 2-21-2020......
