As a resident/owner at Claremont Hills in Hillsborough, NJ, I am fortunate for having Felicia Fishman as the Property Manager. She has always been attentive to my requests and with providing reasonable answers to my questions. She is someone who actually walks the property to see what is going on and addresses things as needed. Personally, I find her to be both a kind and caring individual as well as a really good Manager.

I have has resided in a Townhouse, New Brunswick and has seen an amount of property managers. No one has been like the property manager Mrs. Lisa Klinger. Lisa works hard on maintaining the properties, and get the job done! ''She does not play around'' Since she has been a manager in my Townhouse, Decks have been painted, replaced, driveways are looking amazing, and she regularly walks through the area. You couldn't ask for an excellent better property manager than Lisa. She responds to your emails in an excellent time frame Trust me in my time, I have argued with a few. The Townhouse Association now has the best manager. Thank you so much Lisa, you shall be missed.

I was on the board of directors for Claremont Hills Association when Felicia came over with preferred community management services. It has been nothing but earth shattering in how PCMS and Felicia Fishman has taken control to move forward with correcting items, increasee the efficiency of the board and very simply made a lot of the owners feel a lot better about how the money is being spent. I personally have had dealings with Felicia. She responds very quickly to anything of your needs making sure that the problem is being taken care and staying in contact with you until completion. I highly recommend her as a property manager. Totally comfortable giving her five stars!

As an Owner in Alexandria at Hillsborough, I have interacted with Felicia the property manager multiple times and it has been absolute pleasure. She is very prompt in responding and addressing any issues brought up to her..She along with the management company have turned around the condition of the community with timely repairs and prompt communication.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I am always professional when conducting business and made a phone call to this association. I spoke with a lady named Beth who apparently didn’t have time to talk to me and hung up the phone on me. I felt quite disrespected and a little disgusted with the way she handled the call. I felt she was extremely unprofessional with her dealings with me. I don’t ever go out of my way to leave someone or their business a bad review but this just seemed completely necessary. I guess customer service is not important over at preferred community management. Thanks for all your time, even if it was only 10 seconds of it.

This homeowners association took over for us after we had an absolutely atrocious company. It was night and day the level of attention, care, and dedication that this crew puts in. I specifically worked with Lisa, and she was always helpful, helped me solve a variety of issues; from finding paperwork and financial info, to getting repairs made and coordinated in a timely fashion. She is very communicative, responsive, and easy to talk to!

I work with several management companies and this is one of the better ones to work with. They are very committed to their properties and have a good understanding of their needs. Felicia Fishman is the property manager I deal with , she is very professional and has great communication and responsiveness dealing with projects and repairs that need to be done. I would highly recommend this company.
