PRC is a great management company. Everyone there is very responsive and efficient. I want to especially single out Jill DeMarco as she is awesome!! I had a very serious problem with the people below me making noise late at night and disrupting my sleep for months! I finally called PRC and asked for Jill (I had her name from last year when she helped me with something else). I only wish I had called sooner -- Jill told me she would handle the problem and get it resolved - and she did!!!! She was very kind and compassionate toward me. It has been very quiet here since she intervened and I don't feel the urgent need to move out of here like I did. PRC is lucky to have Jill!!

The company was not willing to share relevant information about bylaws, rules & regulations with a licensed real estate broker hired by a unit owner to lease out a unit. Wouldn't even share the condo association's website address where documents would presumably be available (to owners only according to PRC). The unit owners hired the real estate broker to handle these matters on their behalf (aka "agent" for property owner). This interaction occurred with the Neptune City branch of PRC, formerly Surf Site Management. I had worked with Surf Site many times over the years, obtained the same information no problem and have worked with many other condo association management companies and have never been rejected critical information about rules, fees, etc.

PRC Management makes a lot of deductions from tenants’ security deposits once tenants move out. The tenant sees close to $0 security deposit back.

Why move into an Apartment managed by PRC when the maintenance is very bad and you will not get your security deposit back?

Nobody in the leasing office, no one in the main office, phones said holiday but it's just past 4pm, so I guess it's common for everyone to duck out early every day. I have been trying to renew my lease and address issues with maintenance acting as management but I can never get a human on the phone and all calls are recorded to prevent hersey situations.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Honestly the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. Very Unprofessional! Hard to get ahold of anyone and when you do they talk over you or yell. I wish I knew before I moved in to one of their buildings. So glad I moved out!
