I recently moved out of Peach Grove Apartments, and I wanted to share my positive experience with the PRC management team. George initially helped me find the perfect apartment, and his guidance made the process so much easier. Anya was incredibly helpful when it came time to sign the lease, ensuring everything went smoothly. Throughout my time at Peach Grove, Al was always my go-to person whenever I had any issues or needed assistance. He was quick to respond and always made sure things were taken care of promptly.

Overall, I had a great experience living at Peach Grove Apartments, and the management team at PRC Management made everything from moving in to moving out a hassle-free process. I highly recommend this place and management company for anyone looking for a great apartment with a reliable and supportive management team!

WARNING!!! These people are crooks. I was charged $500 for cleaning and repairs! They will charge you for everything. If they agree something with you, MAKE SURE YOU GET A SIGNED RECEIPT OR STATEMENT. Look at the other negative reviews. They are accurate. BEWARE of any lies George or Gigi tell you. Gigi will not even come to phone or return calls. George hides behind his secretary. What kind of coward does that? Good luck getting him on the phone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
If you do need a prompt reply, use the messenger link on their main website. That is the ONLY way you will ever get a call back from these people. This is a very badly run business. WARNING!!!

It’s only been a month but a very disappointing 1st month. Gigi from PRC took over mgmt of the office building where I have my office. During that time she/they have failed to fix my sink and not shown much concern about the situation. Hopefully things change. I’ll continue to update. I certainly believe I’m being patient. 30+ days with no sink is a bummer.

At one time this was a very reliable organization. I have been a client for 11 years. Under the new ownership service level has gone down hill dramatically. They make promises and nothing happens. They have maintenance work performed with out my authorization. Very difficult to get answers to issues with my property. It takes 3-4 phone calls to get someone to respond and then, they normally don't have any answers to my original request. In my opinion this company has lost it's ability to properly manage any properties.

Be aware for the prc, we cleaned apartments with good condition and sent the records to them. They still deducted $300 “cleaning fee”. Be aware for your deposit.
Also they returned the deposit passed the California deposit return law.

We lived at a PRC property on 6642 Wilkinson Avenue for a lease. From the very beginning we had problems. VERY loud neighbors, parking issues, drunk neighbors destroying property.

When anything was brought up to the office staff the attitude was "it's not our problem"

We had a loud banging sound the first night from the plumbing. When we approached PRC they basically said... here's the handy mans number. As a landlord myself I expect the management company to take of these issues.

We were promised a storage locker at the residence. We never got it. When asked about it the attitude was "oh well... sorry" even though it was in the lease.

The unit came with a parking space, our first night there we called and asked which space was designated for our apartment. No one in the office knew. Her recommendation was "park in any empty spot"

Not the service you'd expect from an office staff. When I emailed them about issues they wouldn't respond. When I asked about the issue they said "we weren't open when you sent the email" it was the third email.

Lazy Lazy management. The people who work here are awful communicators.

I advise anyone to look elsewhere for a management company.

They can't respond to an email, rude on the phone. We were more than patient.

What an AMAZING management company!!!! I have been a client for over 15 years and I can't begin to tell you what an AMAZING job that they all do!
They go above and beyond what I would expect and even after years they still seem to amaze me. They handle any and all issues I might have with any tenants, also any legal matters are handled in a very professional manner. Debby is a master of managing any problems and the office staff is quick to get any problems taken care of. I don't think it's at all possible to find a management company that can perform as high as PRC is able to do! I will always highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to deal with a professional company to handle their property management needs!!

Not professional whatsoever. Very poor property management. Will never rent ANY place they manage in the future!!!! Period!
