My husband and I have lived at Prado West for 2 years now. We love the location and our apartment. The staff here is helpful and accommodating. The manager, Kristin, has been here since we’ve moved in and she’s so kind and professional. The 2 newer office people, Alexis and Victoria are amazing. The maintenance staff headed by Francisco are incredible hard workers and are very responsive to any maintenance issues. There are some downsides to apartment living, but it’s doeable in that regard.

Prado West is the ultimate apartment living experience. We are in love with the neighborhood and we just re-signed our lease. Kristen and her team have been amazing help. Brian, Juan, and new employee Ryan have been so helpful with helping to manage our needs and requests. And that view!! 🤩

Alexis and Kristin provided excellent service during our multiple tours of the property. They answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable Prado West was the perfect place for us to call home. We could not be more excited to move in and trust living here will meet our high expectations.

Gorgeous building, top-notch apartments and decor, fantastic neighborhood. Perfect mix of urban and coastal town! I love it here! The Management team, including Alexis and Victoria, are very responsive, involved and helpful!

I really wanted to love this place because of the location and beautiful pics! Unfortunately the communication was so poor I decided to look elsewhere. My first tour was canceled 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. I was able to tour on the second scheduled tour a few days later..mostly. The girl giving us a tour seemed like she didn't enjoy her job. She was unfriendly and took 10 minutes finishing what she was doing when we arrived at the appointment time. No apology, just slowly then went to look for the keys which took another 5 minutes. Once we started the awkward and silent walk to one of the buildings I asked a few general questions...how big are the storage units? how many parking spaces are allotted? are there any prohibited businesses for the flex spaces?, timing for additional vacancies, etc.. She didn't know answers to ANY of these questions. I politely asked if she could find out as she didn't even offer that. She then stated she didn't have keys to certain common areas so we only saw the apartment and the gym. The apartments themselves were cute, modern and are in a great walkable location. The one I toured was dirty, lacked natural light and the view left a lot to be desired for the 6.7k/month price tag for a 2 bedroom/2bath. Amenities include a very small gym and some common areas I wasn't able to view. No pool, spa or sauna. I believe they have an outdoor common space, but she did not mention it. I followed up twice in the weeks following for answers to my questions via email and the response was a generic bot like response that didn't address any of my questions times 2. Overall, the lack of knowledge and professionalism was something I wasn't willing to support. In the future I hope they improve their staff and management because there is a lot of potential!

We lived at Prado West for the last year. Unfortunately we have to move out of the state. We loved the location, the apartment, and the office management were outstanding. I would definitely recommend Prado West to others.
