Update: I have been living here for some time. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's overpriced and very outdated. The " security " is rude and always on the phone. IMO you can get more for your money elsewhere. The view
is beautiful but that's all this place truly has to offer.

I chose not to renew my lease here. I get a call from Matthew and the leasing office asking me if I'm available to show my apartment. Considering that there's a lot of empty apartments, I said is there not another one that can be shown. I even informed him that my neighbor moved out, so there are other apartments. He proceeded to get an attitude with me and tell me that they have the right to show my apartment even though I'm still in it and he will send me 24 hours notice.
The customer service here is just beyond disgusting it's hard to get in touch with someone and when you do get in touch with someone you are met with nothing but an attitude. The only pleasant person I have spoken to in this community is Victor. I would really truly stay far away from this place
because it's just not worth it.

We love the location of this place and the apartments are very spacious but absolutely missing some free weights at the gym. You see all the other apartment complexes that charges less for rent and provide fully equipped gyms. If you call yourself “luxury”, you have to act as such.

Very nice size two bedroom apartment with a beautiful view. Clean and kept in decent shape overall. Parking is adequate but not easy for visitors who have to purchase a pass and wait to be allowed in, sometimes for quite some time. It would be easier if there was an app where the visitor's name is input and a camera system to verify at the garage entrance. There shouldn't be any charge for visitors to park. Appliances are extremely low grade and the washer/dryer is pint sized and ancient. The dishwasher does a poor job of cleaning and there doesn't seem to be a filter of any type to clean out. If the appliances were even mid-grade the apartment would be quite a bit nicer.

First off, the location and property are beautiful. You are high on a hilltop, unobstructed views 30 miles in every direction. The leasing experience was easy and guided by the professional office staff headed by Margret. Indoor pool, gym, security, concierge and indoor garage all part of the many amenities.

My experience with Powder Mill wasn’t as a tenant, but as a prospective one. I had an appointment to view an apartment, but I couldn’t find parking. The leasing specialist suggested I either pay for garage parking or park at the beginning of the street, which I found ridiculous. I left and told them that if they couldn’t assist me with parking, they wouldn’t be able to help with any issues I might have as a tenant. They made no effort to resolve the situation.

Application was easy and with required documents sent in approval was within 2-3 business days . Tina and Becca in office made it easy .Lorraine who assigned parking spaces was a gem as Vanessa needed a spot close to elevators in garage . Move in day was a little hectic at first but after a few helpful hints from Security on duty it was a pleasure . We are in 21days now and enjoying the great benefits that the property and unit have to offer . We came from a 3floor townhome with a driveway and garage to a 1 floor 2 bedroom unit with a great view and a heated garage for both our cars . We are planning to make this our last move and can't wait to see the view as the snow falls around us in the coming months
