Stephanie was such a great help! She was so kind, responded in a timely manner, and overall just helpful! I am so excited to start on this new journey in my new home!

After a year of calling Post Ridge Apartments home, I'm still loving every moment of it. The community vibe is just as welcoming as ever, and the location is still super convenient, with everything I need just around the corner.

Ms. Carmen, the property manager, continues to be a rockstar. She's not just on top of things administratively; she genuinely cares about each resident and goes above and beyond to make sure we're happy.

And the maintenance team? They're still impressing me with their quick fixes and attention to detail. Whether it's a leaky faucet or a bigger issue, they're always there to sort it out in no time.

Living here is still a pleasure – the neighbors are friendly, the grounds are well-kept, and the amenities are top-notch.

Rotten wood everywhere like someone may fall thru the steps —old rotten wood—very dangerous.. when I fall.. I am gonna sue Post Ridge Or maybe you should read the review and do some repairs on all your rotten steps

Management is absolutely terrible. I have the credentials to get approved but instead of advising a turn around time to have documents submitted they wait and then keep your admin and applications fees, and then ask for another payment.
