I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. Over the years, I've lived in several places, and maintenance personnel are usually a standard part of the experience. However, when Luis joined the team at Coach Apartments, I immediately noticed something different about him.

Luis is not just your typical maintenance man. He's extremely helpful and goes above and beyond what you'd expect. Every morning, he greets everyone with a smile, and his positive attitude is contagious. The other day, I saw him assist a resident whose car needed a jump start, and without hesitation, he stepped in to help, ensuring they could get on with their day.

I've also observed Luis taking an active role in the safety and cleanliness of the complex. Whether it's checking on suspicious vehicles or simply making sure the grounds are clean and well-maintained, he truly cares about the community. He does more than just his job—he helps create a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.

Luis is friendly, approachable, and always willing to lend a hand, often before people even realize they need help. I highly recommend him as a maintenance professional, and I believe he sets a high standard for anyone in his role.

I moved in 5 years ago have had cancer since last year 😞 the group that runs the property managers Maintenance men office people so helpful CAREING professional the property clean up to date my maintenance manager Louis is there in a moments notice to help with any issues questions so warm nice helpful and is always on site !! I've lived in this complex for a while and got no complains, it got soo much better since they added a park for kids and a dog park also the management is great you can always find Luis when you need him...

Rent keep raising unreasonably. And a lot of issues plumbing and loud pump/pipe under the apartment. Overflowing toilet, waste water coming up in the bathtub and overflowing , kitchen sink getting clogged and dirty water overflowing. I live about 8 years the issue happened many time. They fix it but it happened again are little while after. So many times I had call of work to clean up the mess and not once they ever give me a credit to to my rent for the inconvenience.

Generally had a positive experience living there. Minus two stars for holding onto my security deposit (past two months of moving out) and ignoring three emails to return it. When I threatened to take them to small claims court, I got it within the week. This was a few years ago so hopefully the staff is more organized now.

They give you the run around when it comes to rent pricing. Every listing and their website says to call for rent price then they tell you they can’t disclose that. Why would I want to tour or be waitlisted for a place that I do not know the price of? Be upfront with rent.

In reply: How do you not know the price until someone leaves? Seems like you up the rent every time and that’s why you can’t give a price, because you’re scamming. Also don’t put listings out if you have zero availability for the near future. Waste of time calling and a waste of your time as well.

Mike the maintenance manager is the best. The snow had barely touched the pavement and he was out there salting the parking lot. The entire staff here is great. I will definitely be calling this place home for a very long time!
