The company itself was ok. They worked with us at first but the pricing. They price gouged everything, locked me out of my own apartment then tells us we stepped out on our lease. Pretty sure you should have given a 30 day notice first! Their lucky i didnt go to the cops or take them to court which i should have. The company is crap don't rent from them.

As a tenant under Portfolio for 3+ years, I have nothing but good to say. We have had water heater break down and HVAC stop working and they sent someone out within 24hours to make repairs. Great customer service from Bryana, and Lorena and they always respond in a timely manor. As my family has expanded we are upgrading to a bigger apartment/condo and will only be looking at units managed by this company.

Portfolio Property Management exceeded our expectations!
Bryana who works the front desk is kind, has great communication skills and is very knowledgeable.
Lorena Velasquez has been extremely knowledgeable, kind and got us approved for the home we wanted to rent in a timely manner. We were updated every step of the way. They were just as excited as us that we were approved to rent the home we applied for. We tried to work with many other property management companies and could not believe what poor basic communication skills those places possessed. It was mind boggling.
