I have never had the privilege of dealing with a more pleasant or caring property management group than those at Matrix, specifically Nino. I have worked in various manners with different groups, and I don't believe that there is another that even compares. As luck would have it, our central air went out during a heatwave on a Friday afternoon, and finding a technician willing to come any earlier than the following week proved to be impossible. Nino lives quite a distance from the property that we are currently renting, but personally drove a portable unit to our home: to me, this speaks volumes about the type of business that he runs. I don't believe that I could find one negative thing to say about him, or Matrix Property Services as a whole, if I tried.
