I have had the pleasure of knowing Kathy Mulholland of SoJay Property Mangement for about two years. SoJay manages our HOA community professionally and responsibly. Kathy and her staff are hands-on and responsive with any requests or issues our residents may have. Kathy has collaborated with our Board of Trustees on our budget and has educated us on so many things we were not aware of. I want To commend SJ management company and specifically Kathy Mulholland on the incredible job that they have done at the Richwood Crossing townhomes given the two recent storms. The storms caused a great deal of roof issues with missing shingles and leaking and the wind resulted in siding being blown off the properties. In spite of all the issues, Kathy has managed to keep things organized and has Has gone above, and beyond what could be expected of property manager in arranging for repairs to be made in a prompt manner. After moving out of state, I was required, as a landlord, to hire a property management group. I went on google and looked up local ones. I contacted 3 businesses.
Kathy from SoJay contacted me almost immediately and…
I. Was. Blown. Away.
Her professionalism, attention to detail, upfront transplant costs and promptness on all issues made me realize I hired the best in the field. She REALLY treated my property like it was her daughters first place. Everything was set up for success and I didn’t lift a finger. I had a tenant from HELL (renting prior to hiring Kathy) and she handled multiple situations where I would’ve lost my cool.
She is so knowledgeable and made everything so smooth for me that I really feel like I didn’t pay her enough for all she did for me!
I was extremely happy with my experience from this company and highly recommended the team!

Kathy is a great property manager. As the President of the Board for a small community, Kathy is very reasonable in price and also very helpful in explaining how certain procedures work where our previous management was too expensive for our size and wasn't helpful in explaining things. I highly recommend SoJay Property Management.

Kathy is a terrible property manager. She is bias,rude nasty, and she doesn't address your property needs. Her and the current board members think they are dictators.Please don't move here At Quail Glen Condominium Association In Deptford NJ Serious Change is needed.
